Working with Plantation Key Colony gave us the unique opportunity to do something we had never done before—brand an entire neighborhood and lifestyle.

The goal of this project was to reimagine and elevate the identity of this iconic Florida Keys community while creating a functional, user-friendly digital platform for its homeowners association. We designed both a refreshed logo and a streamlined website experience that makes it easy for residents to access information, submit paperwork, and pay dues—bringing clarity and efficiency to everyday community management.

Beyond functionality, the focus was also on capturing the feeling of living in Plantation Key Colony: relaxed, coastal, and deeply connected to the Florida Keys lifestyle. The brand system was designed to reflect that balance of practicality and place-based identity.

This project was especially meaningful to us as it combined branding, UX design, and community storytelling at a larger scale than we had previously worked on. It was a rewarding challenge to help shape not just a brand, but the digital experience of an entire neighborhood.
